One of a group of copy negatives taken of Walter J. Lemke's collection of cartoons of historic Arkansas people and place, including Captain C.C. Danley, "the Parsons Regiment" or 9th Arkansas Infantry, quadruplets and the Mississippi, Ouachita and Red River Railroad. Deane more than likely took these copy negatives during his career with the Arkansas Gazette.
